How to Register: You can register over the phone by calling 651-460-2050, in person or online here on our website.
On-line registrations: All information must be filled out in order to process.
Annual Membership: We do charge an annual membership fee of $25.00 per family that is good one year from the date that you first registered for classes with Farmington Gymnastics & Cheer. The Annual family membership fee is non-refundable.
Waivers: If a child is attending Open Gym or a birthday party, a parent or gaurdian must complete a waiver prior to the child's participation.
Refunds/Credits: FGC allows refunds within the first two weeks of a session for classes not used. If a refund is requested after the first two weeks, FGC will apply a credit to future sessions for injury, illness or approved circumstances. Credits are good for one year from the date of issue.
Make-Up Policy: Our policy for make ups is as follows: Students can make-up one class per session. In order to ensure the best class experience for all students, make-ups must be arranged by calling or inquiring prior to the class in the office. If you are unable to attend a make-up class within the session, we will issue you an Open Gym pass. All make-up classes must be attended during the session that the class was missed. We do not refund for missed classes and we do not guarantee make-up classes.
Sibling/Multiple Class Discount: If you are registering more than one gymnast or one gymnast for more than one class in a session, you will receive 10% off the lowest priced class. In order to receive the discount, you must register directly with the office. You can stop in or call us at 651-460-2050. Excludes MAGA, Preteam and All Star Cheer members.
What to Wear: Athletic clothing including: leotards, warm-ups, athletic shorts or pants and t-shirts. No shoes or socks in the gym. Hair must be pulled back and please remove all jewelry before entering class. There are GK leotards and shorts that are for sale at the gym should you want to purchase such clothing.
Weather closings: Weather conditions are a challenge in MN. FGC always keeps in mind its families and staff when making closing decisions. Should there be inclement weather, we will notify you by email, on the website and on our Facebook page. Our closing policy follows that of the Farmington School District. If there is no school, then the gym will also be closed. This applies to late starts and early releases as well. You can find school closings at WCCO.com. If we have to close for weather related conditions, there will not be a make up class. The only exception would be if there are multiple closings on the same day during the session. At that time FGC will decide to either do a makeup or credit to your account.
FGC Reserves the Right: FGC reserves the right to close a class if it is full or if there are not enough students registered. Classes will only be offered if they have a minimum of 2 gymnasts in them. FGC will contact you directly if the class that you registered for will not be offered and assist you in finding an alternative date and time that will work for you.
