Adaptive Classes - Special Olympics

In addition to the Adaptive classes that FGC offers, we have created a team that competes each year at the Special Olympics State meet in June.  Our coaches work with the boys and girls that are interested in competing in an adaptive gymnastics meet.  Beginning in the Spring, gymnasts will work with our coaches to learn special routines that they compete in June of each year.  To learn more information you can visit specialolympicsminnesota.org or email Bonnie Pautsch-Dyakin at tigerpaws12@gmail.com.

But if your daughter or son does not wish to compete, we offer Adaptive classes that help them learn the sport of gymnastics.  These classes are 45 minutes in length and are 1 day a week for the 6 week sessions.  For dates and times that these classes are offered, please check our most recent schedule posted.
